13 people from a pre-embryonic DNSO voting is hardly
consensus.
What really puzzles me is Amadeu's insistance that
that list be the expresion of the general assembly
of the dnso. Those are very precise legal terms
and Amadeu has never once *posted* to that list.
So I'm a little suspicious.
