Basically about $0.14/KWH which is in line with the rest of the country 
except those subsidized area such as TVA, hudro in the NW, etc.

Which just illustrates why solar will not be a stand alone alternate 
energy source.

Wind as well as other sources, thermal etc, will need to be part of ther 
mix.

Not based on the above data given as.

15KW load, 24 hrs/day, 30days/month, $1500/month, except for some 
subsidized areas as noted.

Building a new grid is not going to be easy and the fossil energy people 
have a lot to lose if they can't be included, but then so does the 
planet if we don't solve it.
