So, your payback period is 13 yrs (ignoring the install costs which i
*really* doubt will run that high [or you should hire me and my son
;-) ]


and re: big fuel and power companies having a lot to lose:
sure, but it's a percentage - they aren't buyiong power from *you* mr
solar grid owner and returning it to *me* "at cost" - they make a
markup [of course, like every middle distributor. no problem there,
hey they got a lot of *wires* you *need* to distribute your excess
energy]

Everyone should own a soalr collector - it's good for the species :-)
and the planet.....
