For the LADSPA stuff that doesn't necessarily require any customization,
can't we do a script which pulls them in at compile time?  I think Toby
said that's our goal with the Zyn instrument plugin code, right?  Could we
do this for other plugins if there's enough demand? (and assuming they
actually function properly)
