Yogesh,

With 2.09pre4, you don't need to specify the agpgart.o module.  It 
should be loaded automatically.

You can verify this by setting the runlevel to 3, and then running lsmod 
at the shell prompt,
to see if the module is indeed loaded.

What do you have your XSERVER entry set to in the lts.conf file?

You should be able to set it to 'auto' and it should automatically 
detect that you
have an i810 based video card, and then it should automatically load the 
agpgart module.
