If the Etherboot floopy doesn't find your card it because the work 
station don't show it. 

Your card seem's to be used on an ISA system. Some ISA system
can recongnise an NIC card (like a plug and play) some don't.

In that last case you should put an address on your card usually with
a small program you can run in Windows or Dos provided by the 
manufacturer on the floopy or on the manufacturer's web site. 

The most common address is 0x300 and the IRQ=10 but may be
different depending of your bios adressability; you should check
to avoid conflicts.

Once the NIC card will be adressed your Etherboot floppy 
will be able to boot on lan.
