The server have been stable since Tuesday.
I upgraded the kernel from kernel-smp-2.4.18-3
to kernel-smp-2.4.18-10.athlon.
I guess this kernel is more suitable for AMD dual prosessors.

I hope this will last.
I will tell you if not.
