Hi Jim, There are instances that I'm able to ping the workstation and there are instances that I can't. Doesn't respond when you press Ctrl-Alt-F1 or Ctrl-Alt-Backspace on the keyboard and the mouse doesn't move also. I've also noticed that some of the workstation when it hangs after a long period of inactivity, the num lock and caps lock flashes, any ideas on what this means?
