It takes more than that for a workstation to load a Linux kernel. Etherboot has a sort of bootloader built in that expects a tagged kernel. Together Etherboot and the code adding during the tagging process by mknbi, know how to load the kernel into memory, and begin executing it. PXE expects to load a 2nd stage bootloader, like pxelinux or a special Etherboot module, which then continues the process of loading the kernel. What does this Capio bootrom expect to load ? It's anybody's guess, but I'll bet that you can't just load the normal LTSP kernel and expect it to start executing.
