Rom-o-matic says "LTSP users must upgrade to the latest ltsp-kernel package (currently ltsp_kernel-3.0.10)" and this is true (except that the newest kernel is now 3.0.11, but 3.0.10 works too). And what is the PCI device and vendor id of your NIC?
