Yes, if it's stopping at the mount, then we know for
certain that dhcp and tftp are ok.

Now, it's probably a NFS problem.

do this:

   showmount -e

see if the addresses match your network.

If they don't, then edit the /etc/exports file and make
the values match.

Then, run this:

   exportfs -ra

then, try to reboot the client.
