TI,

Is 10.1.1.201 the IP address of the server ?

Also, do this:

   netstat -anp | grep ":7100 "

see what it returns.  If nothing, then you haven't completely
configured XFS to accept connections from remote clients.

Look for the config file.  I dunno about your distro, but
on Redhat, it is /etc/X11/fs/config

In that file, find where to enable/disable remote serving.

Then, if indeed you need to change it, then restart xfs.
