Indeed, I can confirm that working long-term with LyX (like any project,
I guess) leads to intermittent frustration. It can only be balanced by a
personal satisfaction given by what you create by your work. Or the
satisfaction of seeing that your work is helpful to others.
However, the team is an ecosystem and keeping this ecosystem alive and
well is a necessity to be able to be able to do your own creation. This
is why it is so important to care this interaction.
