We apparently don't understand each other. For me, ignored test is ignored, 
that is,
the test is not even created.

The ctest machinery (not our usage of it) runs _all_ created tests with 'ctest' 
(without any parameter).
This would (if we follow your path) also test the ignored.

For me it looks like a contradiction.

NO please.

There are far too many of them. I prefer test output showing only relevant (== 
failed) cases.

If you test 1000 tests, 999 of them fail, then it is not obvious, which one 
succeeded.
