I've eventually installed the stable version and I think I'm going to like this 
piece of software.

The only regret I have is that references in the replace field seem to be 
limited to \0 and so it is not possible to have access to more than one search 
group. But \0 still covers most of the basic search/replace that I need so I 
guess I'll do with that.
