Have you charged your battery?
AFAIK device shuts down if there's not enough battery.
Another reason could be that something's filling the Flash completely
full. Do you have e.g. syslog enabled?
If Flash is 100% full, the JFFS2 aparently freezes when something tries
to write to the full disk and after a while the device is rebooted.
You might try flashing the OS2006 again and checking whether the amount
of your free Flash decreases with time (without you using it :)).
