Everyone has always been able to log into two accounts. There are other reasons why this functionality was created.

I have sold one of my personal domains. The buyer agreed to forward the personal address I had used to a new mailbox for a while. So I can switch over wherever it is still in use, have access to "2FA confirmations" or "password recovery" functions where needed, etc.

I am not supposed to be able to send emails using their servers anymore, so I didn't get my own account.

Regards,
Thomas Walter
