Of course it is the first one.
And that is squarely the fault of whatever organization is behind that. The web page shows "Bank of America", every
script kiddie can create such a page in minutes. There is no whois information (alas, whois has been neutered many years
ago, that ship has sailed, I know, and few people would lookup that info anyway). Granted, the TLS certificate is for
the Bank of America Corporation, but few people would check that (and in e-mail clients, there normally isn't such a
check available).
Why oh why don't they use "bankofamerica.com" for everything related to Bank of
America?
