Maptitude - http://research.umbc.edu/~roswell/maptitude.html
Hi Marjorie,
Well, we can't have everything! I have never been able to get hotkeys to
work in a dbox when the focus is in the map. I was wrong when I said we
could hot key it while focus was on the map. However, the change in this
version at least prevents the toolbox from retaining focus, ie., taking it
away from the map. I remove the ALT_R hotkey from the button. You'll just
have to push it. In which case, it may be easier to just do ALT W, ALT R to
use the menu redraw.
What is the situation in which the lines disappear during editing....that
used to be a problem but I thought it was fixed. I just tried it with
editing lines and couldn't replicate it.
Larry

Subject: [Maptitude] Question for Larry
Maptitude - http://research.umbc.edu/~roswell/maptitude.html
Larry, I hate to bother you, but I can't seem to get the redraw to work
when a map window is selected. I have to have the redraw button window
active.
Moreover, when the selected item
- Blanks out
- and I press redraw with the mouse
and then go back to select the item, it won't let me move a node anymore.
I have to deselect the object, and then select it again. (this doesn't
happen when I choose the Redraw item from the menu.)
So, this doesn't really seem to do the trick for me.
And why is the screen blanking out selected areas, anyhow?...
