Thanks - you have obviously been there.

But you know, I honestly am not sure this is very different from any big 
organisational Human Relations behavioural response. I am not trying to be 
funny or trying to put it down.
Actually, it was the case as far as I can see from large chunks of working life 
in the USSR (See for eg 'Magnetic Mountain' by Stephen Kotkin).

How do you propose an army should work? Does any of that military analogy apply 
in a class war?
