But you know, I honestly am not sure this is very different from any big organisational Human Relations behavioural response. I am not trying to be funny or trying to put it down. Actually, it was the case as far as I can see from large chunks of working life in the USSR (See for eg 'Magnetic Mountain' by Stephen Kotkin). How do you propose an army should work?
