I have to keep shouting into the phone to ISP helpdesk,"I am not talking
abouyt my computer or OS, I am asking anbout TCP/IP (or POP3 or
whatever). The first question they ask when I phone is for my login
name. I. sure there is a note on my file, because they never ask
me now which version of windoze I am using.
