Yes.  Isn't it?  The really weird thing is, I've had this news problem
happen other times with other ISPs that run NT Server.  It has GOT to
be an NT thing.

For the past 2 days, looks like I'm receiving complete news feeds. 
Guess the SA found the problem.  I still can't post though, even
though the news server config is set for "Posting Allowed..."

Microdot v 1.4.4 reports during downloads that it's DNEWS.  Can't
remember the version number.  I don't know if this is an NT news
server or a 3rd party one.
