Theoretically, that's should be true on ALL systems -- TCP/IP is
TCP/IP; but in reality MS always does thing just enough proprietary
to make sure that current non-MS Windows software doesn't work
completely right so one is forced to upgrade to THEIR software, which
does. And as far as other computer systems, MS wants them not to work
correctly; so you are forced to buy their OS and software.
