I also have often wondered about this. So far, I have found that
shouting, "I don't use Windows or Macos, you brain dead lump of wood!"
and "Get a big ugly hairy dog up ya!" do litle to enhance the chance
of further construcive dialogue. Some of those help desk people are
just so damn sensitive.
