"Fair use" is still there. They have just made it harder to make "fair use".
I agree, we need new laws to make it punishable for publishers to make
"fair use" difficult. But I can't see it happening.
Did you know that DVD authors can actually stop you from fast-forwarding or
reversing through a DVD? This is protection taken to extremes.
