A TOC can't be edited. You'll find a TOC on each prerecorded disc. But
you won't find it on a normal blank. UTOC is an editable TOC. You won't
find a UTOC on a prerecorded disc, but you will find it on a blank.

TOC and UTOC can coexist. These discs are hybrid discs and contain a
prerecorded area and a recordable area. I don't believe these discs where
ever produced. Rick, did you ever see a hybrid disc?
