Guys, guys, guys,
I do understand all that you are saying and thanx but, at the end of the day 
I am building the thing for a 19yr old who will, no dout do silly things 
with it. There will come the day he is out driving in the heat of summer 
with little cash on a country road, pull into a servo with no "opti-fen-max" 
and have a good cane and f#*k my beautiful job. I realise that surge return 
has a few advantages but none outway doing a job right the first time. 
Nothing excuses a motor detonating from hot fuel. Too many racers have 
learnt this. I dont want a 2lt swirl pot or a fuel cooler. Subs in the back 
tells me the system is going under the car so a liter pot is being used. I 
am returning rail fuel to the tank.Thanx Errol/list
