drag cars
front and rear should be different, as they normally run
conventionals up front (not radial) and slicks out the back
radial tyres steer the car too easy.
my mates capri run 5" front runners and on the rear
10" M&H race masters.
It doesn't matter about running slicks on the back
plenty of people do it all the time, with normal DOT front tyres

what type of tyres are eg. mickey thompson 'littlies' for the front.

i might be way off - but i just remember drag racing friends saying that the rears and fronts should match for what-ever reason.

i'm sure blokes slap on slicks for the rears and leave radials on the front............. whatever makes you happy.

is anyone on the list a serious drag racer - maybe can shed some light on us amateurs.
