Yes they both will bolt on. I dont have a set of 280ZX struts to measure the
length, I think they are the same diameter.
I can still do coil over kits.

Does that mean a Toyota 4 spot caliper or even a sumitomo twin would bolt
on?  (I have both lying around).  Just out of interest, would you know if my
new koni's (length for a 200B strut) will fit or are they too long?
