That number is from the S110 export parts book. Just tell them to get it from Japan since they arnt sold ozzie new they probley will not have it in stock plus will not have it in the part books they have.
My S110 parts book has L18E and FJ20 all part numbers. AS the L18E is from the 180SX and the FJ20 is the 200SX =S110 models. Nissan NZ will have them,,But ozzie is a bigger place and probley get a better buy price as discount goes on number volume of parts brought and sold. Hence why the USA Nissan parts are heaps cheaper again. The parts book also says they come in Pkt's of 10 so if you order ten they probley work out much cheaper than buying one.
