When I got home from work today - I checked again and still no glow light and no power to the glow plugs. I hooked up a charger to the battery although it seemed fine I have been messing around with it for a couple days so I figured it can't hurt. Then I played with the fuse and tapped the relay and such - and now the light comes on for about 2 seconds but It seems to be glowing normally. So Any reason the light only comes on for a few seconds? Otherwise starts nice and smooth.
