If the problem showed up with the replacement of the keyswitch,
I'd suspect trouble there.  With a test light (or a volt meter),
I'd try to track the flow.  

Is +12 getting _to_ the switch?  

Is it on the appropriate terminals for the various keyswitch
positions?
