Quite thin, like most paint. You could pour a small amount into a cup and let it harden for ten minutes. You could also take some fabric or fiberglass (might be some fabric in the kit? Usually looks like a little hanky), paint some POR15 on the fabric and then hold that over the hole. A really swanky fix would involve a piece of fiberglass mat exactly the size of the bottom of the can...
