There are some government employees who are so protected by their "special
employment support groups [unions, in non PC]" the only way to fire them is
with rope and a yardarm.

They have made themselves a position for life, regardless of their
incompetence. This is their complete and total focus, not proper
performance of the duties of the position. Just ask them, they will tell
you.

After the coming "Redneck Spring" I fully expect to see them hanging
around.... in trees.
