The problem passenger side ran 6 seconds faster!! This just about rules out any issue with the drain itself...
How do you figure? You're saying that a drain that is known to leak some water where it doesn't belong runs faster than one that is running properly. Yeah, no surprise there.
I will say it again. The drain hose is either split, probably where it hooks onto the drain channel nipple, or it's pushed off a little bit. Or there is a rusty spot in the tray. Some of the water is not going where it's supposed to.
