When my grandparents were born, communicable disease was the leading cause of 
death.  My kids are going to die from lifestyle illnesses.  All these post war 
advances are making us soft, wasting our cash, and encouraging the socialist 
agenda for a Nanny state.   The poor remain in America, we have just overfed 
them, so they stay calm and down on the farm, not marching in the streets.
