The most current interaction with USAA was the least positive I have had. Until the past incident their actions were exemplary. I have had service with them for only half Wilton's and have never had qualms. Maybe the trouble is the rolling turd W220. USAA paid $3500 to do the repair, while the were pushing the offending insco to pay over $6k to make me whole.
