Since nobody answered the shipping question: the cheapest is probably
ok. If it makes you nervous, try the 2nd or third lowest.
Ask them how they intend to carry the cars. Wedge, Open transport,
flatbed, or enclose car transport. The answers to that may make the
difference for your decision.
Wedge: Used to getting beat up by the dealers. Often cowboys, some are
good many are not so good. Probably the low bid(s).
