That's not a delay. all of my cars have done that into drive all the time. The transmission in my TD has taken 3 seconds into reverse since it's been in there. Could be a band adjustment would take care of it. Anyone know where and how tight to adjust it? I don't have a manual for the transmission on a 123.

Maybe a one Mississippi, a little more possibly. Not like 405 seconds. PO
said it had done it as long as he owned the car, and it’s done it for me as
well, so I’m not worried about it.

Heck, even if I have to put a Sun Valley rebuild in it it’s well worth it when
the time comes.

Done it for over six years, according to the PO. A non-issue as far as I'm
concerned. All other shifts are crisp and on the money.

It got a Mann filter and Febi fluid change when I got it, and the pan was clean
as was the magnet in it. Fluid was fine and smelled good.
