Factory specs for torque on the lugnuts on my truck is 150#.
I have started to carry a socket and a long breaker bar as I doubt I could get a wheel off using the wrench that came with the truck.

Which reminds me, at camp last week I sharpened the blades on the bush hog. This is a 6 
foot brush mower. The blades are held on by 1 1/8" carriage bolts. To get them off I 
use my 3/4" ratchet with a 5 foot cheater bar... Takes a lot of force...
