In our circuit from DC - Pittsburgh - New Phil. OH - DC we saw one service stn. selling diesel for under $5/gallon ($4.79 to be exact - in Dover, OH). In second place was a New Phil. OH BP selling diesel at $5.19/gal. This compares to $4.79 at the Liberty in Gaithersburg, MD. It pays to hang out in the DC suburbs.
