Hey, at least in Georgia you can still drive a pick-up truck. They're
essentially outlawed where I live (off-street parking simply not an
option for most): http://www.richmondheights.org/FAQ.ASP?QID=132

It is my experience with most HOA and small communities that the word
"truck" in a statement like that indicates a commercial truck, and not
a private one. Meaning, box trucks, semi trucks and the like. Though,
if your everyday commute to work is in a 30 foot box truck that is
painted blue with ghost flames and dropped with spinners (ergo,
obviously not a commercial truck) I don't know what the standing would
be, at that point they would probably just argue that a truck is a
truck and you have to get it off the street, at which point you could
say "I totally agree, glad to know I don't have to see that behemoth
of an SUV Truck you drive anymore either, Mr. Chairperson."

Shrugs,

Ed
