Nope.

Probably.  I've always thought that, for the cars with electrical
oil and temperature senders, a circuit to watch these two critical
gauges and light an auxiliary lamp would be an excellent aftermarket
addition.  Perhaps just tie into the check engine lamp, or that
useless seat belt lamp.  (It's red, at least.)
