what i think we should conclude, is that the joint-effort between clubs
does not work properly (it's the 2nd year we try that, and the cries were
only made louder this year). perhaps we should consider splitting things
back the way they were, and only making the buying centrally via hamakor,
because that part is convenient, after all (despite any misgivings people
had about it).
I fully support this offer and in the first place (two years ago) I said that it looks like a bad idea. This idea can work only if there's a global team that synchronizes between the clubs on one hand, but on the other hand lets them do it the way they want, distributively. This way each club doesn't lose its uniqueness, and we also gain some PR because it looks prepared quite well. Twice we didn't succeed to make it, due to many conflicts and the fact that synchronization didn't work good enough. Another problem that I can see is that if the synching body can't hold the efforts, the sync efforts collapes and in addition to that, part of the clubs' plans (that were depending on syncing attempts) fail to execute as a result of a great delay.
I can't see any real advantage in a joint-effort between the clubs, because this joint-effort is not real and wastes a lot of time, if it's not done well (or well enough) by a dedicated body just for this purpose. It looks like a nice thing that we all "start together", but not more than that. I am also for dropping the joint-effort and let each club take care of itself, with or without the help of Hamakor.
Adir.
