Why build FOUR different sites, each mantained by different people

1) Because we can build 4 different sites.

Speak for yourself. *I* can't maintain 4 different sites. Unless you
volunteer to do so, don't speak for others.

2) Because taking care of one club is easier than taking care of 3 clubs and
sync between their needs.

Building 4 sites means taking care of 4 clubs AND maintaining 4 sites,
instead of dealing with 4 clubs on one site.

3) Because linking one main site (which YOU, as a central unit, can and
should take care of it only), is much easier.

I agree. That's why we need ONE main site.

You can't demand coordination between the clubs. And if you want a
coordination - this is something that you should take care of. Nobody will
do your work. Your work is to be at the top of the pyramid, as simple as
that.

My work is to teach students. Everything else is volunteering. I don't
have to take care of anything. I don't demand clubs to cooridnate with
eachother, but I do wish as an ideal that work be done only once, so we can
use the volunteer power elsewhere.

But you miss the points that I raised. Each club takes care of itself, and
wants its success, hence will help themselves locally which is good, because
this way the work is splitted. Another big point that you miss is the fact
that each club is unique, and one club might not understand the others
needs. You demand a lot of effort from the unique clubs. Each club is unique
in its crowd, demands, priorities and the way he sees things - and this is
something that you will not be able to bridge. What you can do instead is to
sync, if you want, but this requires a different person which this will be
his only job (in general it should be like taking care of "another club",
but this club is called "central unit").

Is there any good reason to have 4 PR people each posting to the same
forums about 4 different series, and in the meanwhile confusing the audience
as to when and where these events will eventually take place?

Why not build one site and let people from all clubs modify their parts
in it?
