Trust the bank? Not the bank of America. One time I went to an ATM to get $40. I got two pieces of white paper. The bank said they couldn't do anything about it, even though I showed them the two pieces of paper, somewhat chewed up by the machine.
The banks are sometimes even slimier than you would think. As for Google, have you read the latest notice about how they use your information? I have started using other web search engines as a result. I notice that the first page of results is not just a bunch of ads that are completely worthless for my searches, like it is on Google.
