Hi,
I'm looking to buy or build a desktop. I don't need monitor mouse and
keyboard.
What is the cheapest option? Build, buy used or refurbished?
Which sites have the best deals. Newegg, ebay or meat space?
I'm currently looking for the price range of $400 to $500.
CPU power is most important but I also need an OpenCL-compatible GPU
that can play hd video. The GPU does not have be powerful for games.
