*That* process (assuming one is using MiamiRegister) is certainly
automatic, and usually takes minutes.

I certainly don't want him held responsible for promptly replacing a
keyfile that someone failed to back up, which is service over and above
the call of duty.

When so few people still actually buy Amiga products (though many people
are happy to steal them) that Amiga developers have to get other full-time
jobs to support themselves, it shouldn't come as a surprise that support
is spotty.
