person or organization. They are intended to be used only by the person
who registered."
and from earlier in the docs
"Giving the key file to other users or using key files that you did not
receive directly from me for your personal use is considered an act of
software piracy!"
I don't know what the legal standpoint of EBay is, but I would bet they
would be sympathetic if you explained that that this was an illegal sale,
ie. get your money back so you can spend it on registration of your own
keyfile.
