I originally bought Miami from an Amiga retailer. They had it on floppy
disk, and a number of unallocated registration keys, which you pay them
for one, directly.
I don't know if any Amiga stores still do this, or still exist. That's
one way to get a fully working copy (legally, too), if you can do it.
Other than that, the only working alternative seems to be using a credit
card to purchase from the Miami web site.
